then one of the first steps that you would need to start with is to create your inspiring holistic vision. And this vision actually is an inevitable first building block in the process of leading and navigating change in your organization because the direction that you want to go to within your team and organization starts with elevating yourself first.
So it's very connected with your inner journey and inner expansion and evolution as a leader. So with this video, I want to talk about those potential mistakes and ways we sabotage ourselves in this process of creating our vision. And of course, how to do it instead, how to really paint a vision stepping and connecting with your greatest potential that is lying within you.
So that first of all, you can lead and leave from the place of fullness, authenticity and greatest potential and bring that energy, bring that inspiration to your team while you're leading and navigating and orchestrating any changes within your organization, elevating your organization to the next level. Another start with unpacking what is actually a vision? Well, the answer to this question will depend really on which maturity level and consciousness you are in.
So let me unpack a couple of things. Vision is first of all, not a goal and it's not a target. Vision is not only an aspiration and inspiration. Vision is your north star, as we sometimes say, is the direction that you want to embody, the direction that you want to go into and the direction in which you be with. The expression of your greatest desires and a greatest potential that is lying within yourself and each of every one of us. And vision is in other words, the expression, if we put it in a tangible way, is an expression of your greatest potential and in alignment with your true higher self. Vision is also an activation.
process, diverse stepping stone, activation process of a change, activating that bigger potential within yourself, activating your next level of identity, your next level of being as a leader that you want to embrace so that you can lead and lead from a place of your potential fullness and with a greater impact. And inevitably that vision is not only about what you want, what is your greatest desire,
And what is that your soul wants? What is your true self wants? And what is that best expression of that authentic you? Who is that greatest version of yourself? Who is that extraordinary leader that you carry within yourself? As a result of in that vision, which you can ideally turn in some tangibility in a form of vision board with pictures, you want to see something that
really, really calls you in. You want to see that greatest expression of who you can become and who you can evolve to and who you want to evolve to. And you want to see what is that version of yourself creating in life? What is the impact that a version of yourself is able to make? And what is the life that a version of you from the greatest place of alignment with that greatest potential within yourself?
is able to create and have. And that is why I'm also calling that vision a holistic vision, because it's not only about your career. It's not only about your leadership. It's not only about your business or organization, because ultimately who you are becoming in order to lead your organization to next level is going to impact all areas of your life. And the more you can see, the more you can design it upfront, the more you can connect with it.

the more chances that you are going to realize it. So this vision is a pretty important part in your process. You see, if you're not having a vision, you are leading and leaving your business organization and your life towards where? Without that anchor, without that north start, it's harder to walk the path and lead anybody, including yourself, to something greater than where you are today. It's like walking with a forest without knowing where you want to go to.
without knowing the destination that I'm going or walking towards to. And it's totally fine to sometimes wander in this park without a destination. That's okay. And sometimes the part of realizing your vision is walking with the park and confusion of knowing where to go. And that's also okay. But this process of setting your vision and creating and painting that picture for yourself is a process of anchoring and claiming the change that you want to embark on.
and anchoring and claiming your greatest potential that is within yourself. And of course, it's ultimately allowing you and enabling you to show up more empowered, more inspiring towards people that you lead. So it's easier for you then to build connection, collaboration, and foster growth in your organization as a result of it. Now, the last secret I want you to know about the vision, again, from the space of highest consciousness and energy is that
Vision carry information because vision like anything else is energy and energy carries information. That vision that you are painting in the very first process of embarking on the change and growth is carrying information, is carrying a roadmap on how to arrive there. And your role will be in this journey to decode that roadmap in order to realize that vision.
But we'll come back to your role in the process of realization of your vision. For now, let's focus on creating the vision and the mistakes and potential sabotage obstacles that we come along the way. Now, what are the common mistakes, obstacles, challenges, or ways we sabotage this process? Well, there are several things that I've seen. One of the things that you may sabotage, the easiest thing to sabotage the process is when we try to see the vision as goals.

and targets, and we're trying to even put the date and that it must realize by this date and it might realize in that way. So the process and the how. This is a huge mistake. And ultimately your main role and main job in creating that vision is to create it from a space of alignment with that true and highest potential and higher self and let go of how and let go of when.
and leave it to something greater than yourself to help you along the way to arrive. The second mistake and trap that we can fall into while creating a vision is to try to make it attainable or realistic. So in other words, is to try to take it from our logical mind. And here is the thing, vision is not sitting in your logical mind and you cannot embrace it vision from a logical perspective. There is a place for logic, but when it goes about the vision, actually you want to activate.
the creative part of your mind. You want to activate the deeper dreams and desires that are within yourself that are a sign of your potential. And you need to let go of this reasonability driven by a potential fear of not realisation or a comeback to. So my invitation in this process is to let go of it needs to be reasonable. It needs to be attainable, otherwise it is not a vision. This is just
a lie, this is just a limiting belief actually, that is by itself limiting your potential because what you're doing at this moment, you are limiting your potential when you buy into that. When you buy into that, you are also creating a smaller version of yourself, smaller vision of what it potentially could be and who you potentially could become. So let go of trying to create your vision from a place of reasonability, logic,
and something that must be attainable. Another thing is I want to make it right. I want to make it perfect. Also that might be a potential sabotage and obstacle in your way showing up. In contrary, the vision needs to dare you a bit. And the greatest vision is which excites you, which expands you and you still don't know how you're going to realize it. That's a sign of a compelling and inspiring and powerful

Vision. Think about it this way. Vision is not something static. Vision is not something that you do one time. Vision is something that you want to revisit because vision is growing with you. It's the expression of your potential. So of course, when you are committed and dedicated to the journey of growth, as I am and all of my clients are, you are going to revisit your vision. You're going to find you in it because you are along the way finding much more about yourself, about your vision, about
what you really want and about what you need to let go of as well. So your vision will be growing with you. So don't focus on making it right. Don't focus on making it perfect and focus on enjoying instead, enjoying the process of expanding and allowing yourself to dream big because that's what is the purpose of this vision of this step of you're elevating.
yourself to the next level or growing yourself to the next level. so as well, making a bigger impact and growing your team and organizations to the next level. And the last one I want to talk about is this attachment, attachment to this vision outcome. So as I said, vision is not something that we say it must realize exactly on that date and exactly in this time. When we are going to set ourselves this mind frame,
We are going to actually try to control the realization of the vision and that's not how we are going to realize the vision. It is so-called controlled vision realization or controlled manifestation. You may have heard about that. Let go of that. Detach from the outcome. Detach from this attachment of having it, maybe right now, right here. Detach from how it's going to come. And you said focus on
Enjoying the process of creating it, enjoying the process of becoming it every single day, more and more becoming that vision that you are creating. Now, why you might have this attachment to the outcome. It may come from a hyperachiever saboteur. A saboteur that is one of very common for many of my clients and many leaders and is very well known for myself that is basically.

an energy of dependency that is trying to buy you in depending your self-worth, your self-validation on outcomes and achievements. So naturally you attach to results and attach to outcomes because they are basically making you feel more validated or more successful or more worthy. So you actually make your self-worth and self-value conditional.
achievements. And if that is one of the potential saboteurs that's running your show and it has been for many, many years for me too, you are going to attach the self-worth and self-validation and self-love deeper inside to realization of your vision. And that is going to actually already limit the size of the vision that you are going to create. That is going to take a joy in creating, in this process of creating a vision.
And that is taking away the enjoying of embarking on this process of realizing your vision. Because all the time you'll be mentally in the strap, I need to achieve, I need to achieve, I need to realize that. And if not, basically what does it mean about me? Who am I? And many other different ways of how this saboteur is showing up. If you haven't heard yet about mind saboteurs, I encourage you to watch one of the episodes
That will give you the first sense of understanding orientation. You can also take a test to identify which one might be running your show. It's highly valuable that you know that because basically this is where you can start to understand yourself better and why certain responses, reactions and triggers shows up in your life that are counterproductive to the way you want to lead and leave. Now, another completely different area of potential mistake. You create that vision from a place of ego.
focusing only on, for example, materialistic things or things that fuel your validation, maybe recognition. This might be a sign of not really creating from a space of alignment with what you really, really truly want, rather what you should want and not in alignment with your values, with your deeper essence. So embracing and connecting with your values in the process of creating your vision here is super, super important.

The other things that you want to embrace in the process of creating your vision is to be specific because the more specific you are of what you want and the more you also can design it in your mind and ideally put it in pictures, then the more you're going to connect with that vision, the more you're going to grasp that vision and connect with that feeling.
of when this vision is in fruition, how do you feel when everything is realized and connecting with feeling into it. Because feeling into it is going to be very important in realizing your vision, which is for another episode. And very lastly, embrace trust. This I think is concluding our today episode. One of the most important message that I want to leave you with, if there is nothing else that
you found interesting, inspiring and important from this episode today is to embrace trust. Embracing trust in the process of creating a vision is a first stepping stone to embracing trust within yourself. When we are creating a vision, we are ultimately from the space of alignment with our highest potential and true self. We are tapping to a different mind. We are tapping to a different part of ourselves, to a deeper wisdom.
so-called higher self and do a different energy. And ultimately, we were doing that for first time or even second time. We are going to be challenged in creating that vision and later in realizing the division by our current self and current mind, which is expression of our current identity. So that is already by itself a process of challenging your current self and current way of being, current way of thinking.
Creating a vision, painting that vision is challenging your current self. And so naturally this different way of sabotaging ourselves, how can you embrace trust? First of all, detach from the outcome. Detach from this knowing when and how it's going to realize. Your role, your job is to create what you want and when you want it and make it so exciting, so inspiring that

You burn on it, right? The vision is something that you want to burn for and you want to claim it, that that's who you are becoming and that's what you are creating. Secondly, allow yourself to dream big. Know that when you dream big and when you connect with your biggest desires, you actually tapping through your highest potential of self because your highest potential is expressed through your dreams and desires. So trust.
any nudges and these big dreams, these exciting points that are showing up your way when you are creating a vision. Trust that the desires and dreams that you have are the fullest expressions of your potential, of your true self, of your soul, if you like. Trust that embracing a joy in this process of creating and staying curious and excited of what's to come and allowing yourself to dream big is going to serve you.
to not only enjoy the process, but to create this vision from a highest potential and highest energy. And that is going to define how you're going to realize your vision later on and free yourself from this attachment of. Reasonability of attachment that it needs to come because if it doesn't, what's then? Because that is also ultimately going to free your mental capacity. You're going to get more in a piece.
And then you can actually be more present and enjoying this process of creating your vision. And truly then you can be in a different energy on how you're going to realize that. So actually this is very productive to let go of this fear that occupy your mental capacity. And finally, trust yourself, trust yourself that there is something bigger within yourself that in this process of the vision creation is you are tapping into.
And that's really, truly exciting to know that you are tapping into your greatest potential. And that allows you to live and lead from the space of your fullest authentic self. And of course, make a far greater impact in your organization that you lead and be far more inspiring leader to others.
