Have you ever questioned or evaluated your leadership style, the way you show up and behave, and the decisions you make?
Jul 07, 2022I did it many times in my corporate career, and the most challenging time was in the middle of my career when I felt stuck.
I encountered lots of resistance in leading changes, my feedback and performance discussions ended in debates, I struggled to transform a group of experts into one team that strongly collaborates toward shared goals and I got painful feedback.
Lots of negative emotions surrounded me in these times, accompanied by a sense of doubt, questioning my leadership ability and how am I going to reach my that time desired vision of a leader and bring success.
Does that sound familiar?
Looking up for inspiration, I was inspired by a few leaders, who were leading by asking powerful questions, and were transmitting a sense of calmness and true confidence.
So I made a decision that I want to acquire that skill and joined a coaching development program, which was a beginning of a journey of an intensive personal transformation and growth, that I continue now as an entrepreneur.
This program, not only provided me skills I needed but shifted my perceptions about myself, my role, and others, helped me to get clear on who I was, what are my values, and how I want to lead in the alignment of who I am. It helped me to show up authentically and act from a conscious place, which resulted in better relationships, and communication with people I lead and interacted with and helped me to develop and motivate my members in a more impactful way.
Hungry to learn how to truly develop highly successful teams and lead change, I embarked on the team coaching and transformation education, which provided eye-opening perspectives and strategies and eventually helped me to build more connected, collaborative, and motivated teams and be more fulfilled as a leader.
Transforming myself changed the reality for me and others.
It helped me to make a more positive impact and made people feel, engage, grow and motivate differently.
It helped me to be more successful as a leader.
It helped me to be a more aligned, confident, clear, and fulfilled leader.
I see the same changes in clients I work with.
WHAT BETTER REALITY WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO CREATE FOR YOURSELF, THE PEOPLE & THE ORGANISATION YOU LEAD, BY LEANING INTO YOUR PERSONAL GROWTH AND TRANSFORMATION?
BE THE CHANGE TO LEAD A CHANGE.
